What to expect before you begin.
What does the starting price include?
The starting price includes the Truebase platform, assigned GTM engineer, kickoff, Agents, normal model and token usage, normal data and enrichment, infrastructure, monitoring, reviews, and ongoing improvement for the agreed scope.
Are there separate software, Agent, or token fees?
No. Truebase does not add a separate platform subscription, seat fee, Agent fee, or normal model-usage bill on top of the agreed price.
Do we need additional software subscriptions?
Not to use Truebase itself. Customer-owned systems such as a CRM, sending accounts, or other tools you choose to keep remain under your ownership. Any exceptional third-party purchase is discussed and approved before it creates a cost.
Is kickoff included?
Yes. We begin with a focused kickoff sprint to define the workflow, connect the required systems, configure the first Agent, and establish the review process.
What does “starting at” mean?
The starting price is designed for one bounded workflow with standard operating volume and integrations. We confirm the scope and monthly price before work begins.
How quickly can the first Agent launch?
The system is designed to begin producing useful, reviewable work in days. Exact timing depends on access, integrations, workflow complexity, and customer review.
Can we add more Agents or workflows?
Yes. We prioritize expansions with your team. Materially different workflows, integrations, markets, or operating volume may change the operating scope and price.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Engagements are month-to-month unless a customer-specific agreement states otherwise. Scope, responsibilities, and any different terms are confirmed before work begins.
