Truebase starts at $3,000 per month.

## What is included

The agreed monthly price includes:

- The Truebase platform and app.
- An assigned GTM engineer.
- Kickoff and workflow configuration.
- Agents, reviewed configuration, review points, and workflow state.
- Normal model and token usage.
- Normal company, people, contact, and signal data required for the agreed workflow.
- Normal infrastructure, integrations, monitoring, operation, and improvement.

Truebase does not add a separate platform subscription, seat fee, Agent fee, or normal token-usage bill on top of the agreed monthly price.

## What shapes the monthly price

- Workflow scope: decisions, outputs, exceptions, and review points.
- Data and integrations: systems, permissions, providers, and destinations.
- Operating volume: run frequency, work processed, and ongoing operating requirements.
- Assigned GTM engineer: workflow design, configuration, monitoring, operation, and improvement required.

The $3,000 starting price is designed for one bounded workflow with standard operating volume and integrations. Truebase confirms the scope and monthly price before work begins.

Customer-owned systems remain under the customer's ownership. Exceptional third-party purchases or unusual usage outside the agreed scope require customer approval before they create an additional cost.
