Most engagements begin with a fixed-cost, six-week POC focused on one high-impact GTM workflow or system. The $5,000 starting price establishes the commercial baseline; the final quote depends on scope. The proposal defines the deliverables, success criteria, timeline, responsibilities, and fixed cost before work begins.

A kickoff sprint can include:

- Discovery and success criteria.

## Ongoing monthly engagement

Monthly GTM Engineering engagements start at $3,000 per month.
